Payment & Delivery
All online payments are securely processed via your choice of PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or direct debit.
Delivery is via Australia Post registered mail, the cost of which is included in the final purchase cost with our handling fee.
Dispatch: Most items are dispatched within 2 business days of payment clearance. All items are sent at buyers’ risk. Insurance can be purchased at Australian Post’s standard rates (please email us at email@example.com for details).
Refunds: Apart from warranty items (see below), we do not refund the cost of delivered items.
Our Warranty starts from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. It covers only workmanship and material defects and DOES NOT cover any damage caused by negligence or improper application. Our responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of units affected by manufacturing and/or material defects. Please keep proof of receiving affected items.
While we collect and keep buyers’ contact and purchase details, we do NOT retain credit card, bank account or PayPal details. We may use buyers’ contact details for mailing or similar legitimate contact purposes. We do NOT provide these details to any third party.
